A decision that feels really good. The result of getting-to-know-each-other talks that from the first moment seemed more like workshops. And so, what we are announcing today, quickly became clear: Sven Scharr will be a part of the SUGGLE management team with immediate effect.
A logical consequence of the rapid success story since 2017. Firmly convinced of the effectiveness of haptic promotional products, our SUGGLE mission was clear: the HR industry does not need awkward promotional products, it needs intelligent benefits. At the time, we almost felt like game changers. Everyone was talking about digitalisation, and we were offering analogue products. Today we know: That was more than a stroke of luck, we bundled our experience from the fields of psychology, marketing and HR at the right time.
The increasing demand keeps proving us right today. But a lot of potential needs a strong management team, which is also a result of our reflection over the last one and a half years. We have worked intensely on ourselves, questioned our team, challenged ourselves, developed optimised processes and sharpened our promise:

We will expand this promise with Sven and offer even stronger SUGGLE solutions. From consulting to the idea creation, design, purchasing, logistics and shop solutions – we give the HR world everything it needs. With him, we have gained an experienced manager and a man of the heart who fits perfectly into the team. And he brings a lot of expertise with him. For 12 years he worked for the agency touchmore, the renowned address for haptic brand communication.
Sven was immediately impressed by our attitude, the design standards, the variety of product solutions and the consistent HR orientation. Even though it would have been enough that we have an absolute “match” on a personal level.
